Free limits are one shared daily total across all models. Paid plan limits apply per model. Model totals include the models from lower plans. Where a cell says “Included”, the model is on the plan with its own daily limit.

Billing runs through Stripe or GoCardless. The refund policy has the full terms.
Can I change my plan any time?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you like. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused days.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe, and Direct Debit via GoCardless for UK customers.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If it's your first paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying it. See the refund policy for details.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or students?
Yes. 50% off for verified students and nonprofit organisations. Students: verify instantly via your university login on your profile page. Nonprofits: apply via support with proof of registration, and we send a promo code within 24 hours.
How is the API billed?
Separately from your plan. Top up a wallet from £10 and each API call is charged as you go. Per-model prices are on the API pricing page.
